Services Offered

Buggy Parts Direct provides parts and accessories for various brands of golf and utility vehicles. Our offerings include replacement parts, accessories, and tyres, but exclude fluids necessary for vehicle operation (e.g., oil, gasoline, LPG). All products are described through written descriptions and/or images and are subject to change without notice. While our products may not always be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, they are of equivalent quality and specification and are compatible with your golf cart.

Ordering & Payment

The prices displayed exclude VAT, which is charged at the current rate of 20%. A breakdown of additional charges will be shown before order confirmation. Customers outside the UK are exempt from paying VAT; however, local duties and VAT will apply and must be paid locally by the purchaser.

Orders Shipping to EU & NI (as from 1st July 2021)

The VAT and duties exemption on orders below €22 has ended. All orders to EU countries are now subject to VAT and duties. For EU countries, VAT is no longer charged at the time of ordering but must be paid upon receipt of goods. For NI, VAT is charged at the time of ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to check local charges prior to ordering.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made through PayPal, Bank Transfer, and all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. Full payment is required upon order completion. Occasionally, payment upon invoice may be offered, with full payment due within 30 days. Buggy Parts Direct reserves the right to charge interest on late payments unless agreed otherwise in writing. Goods will be dispatched once full payment has been received. Confirmation of your order will be sent to your specified email address, with update emails provided until the order is completed, refunded, cancelled, or failed. Please allow up to 3 hours between stages for confirmation emails. Invoices will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Goods will be delivered using various couriers and haulers depending on the order. Available stock ordered before midday will be shipped the next day for next-day delivery. Non-stock items will also be shipped the next day, with delivery typically within 5 working days. Delivery times for special order items will be specified at the time of order.

Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to cancel any order until the point of dispatch. After dispatch, returns are at the purchaser's expense unless the goods are faulty or damaged. Contact orders@buggypartsdirect.co.uk within 14 days of receipt to arrange returns, which must be made within 30 days of shipment or within 14 days of notifying Buggy Parts Direct. A 10% restocking fee may apply, or 20% for returns after 30 days. Special order items and electrical items are non-returnable unless faulty, with faults to be reported within 14 days of delivery.
